Hi, I'm Steve. I'm an elite business mentor, founder and author.
I was born on a Council Estate in Wales, and back in the 90s, I left the Armed Forces, bumbled around, landed in sales and grafted my way up. Long story short, I got overlooked for the role I was already doing; apparently, I wasn't ready! That was my F**k You moment and the start of everything that followed.
Over the next 20+ years, I built, bootstrapped, and ran businesses, several of which reached multiple 7-digit figures. I had my share of challenges and lows, including liquidations, a catastrophic failure and a bankruptcy along the way. I also got the MBA if you want the certificate behind the experience.
In 2016, when I exited. I was a little lost.
I knew I had so much more to give. Twenty-five years of experience, the good, the bad and the genuinely ugly, sitting there going to waste while other business owners were making the same mistakes I'd already made and paid for.
That felt wrong. So, I started coaching and mentoring, and I have been damn lucky to work with some amazing clients in the UK, Ireland and the USA.
What I didn't expect was how much I would love it.
In a culture that seems to thrive on knocking others, I genuinely love seeing others do well. When I'm in a session, and we're working through something deep, something that's been blocking someone for months, and then it lands. You see something change in their eyes. There's a silence followed by an almost audible click as something falls into place. That is everything to me.
I am passionate about results, so I don't just turn up and go through the motions. I lie awake at night working through their problems and opportunities as if it were my own business. Because when I take someone on, it is.

Working closely with a select few.
I work with a small number of elite clients, a maximum of five at any one time. That's it. The time, preparation, and energy I put into each person do not allow for volume. It demands quality and focus.
The founders I work with are already successful, but they remain hungry and driven. They are always pushing for something. Perhaps it's a number, a million, five million, ten million, an exit, a legacy. They want accountability, and they value someone who has walked a little of the road they are on to bounce ideas off.
All of them know there's more to come. They have enough ego to back themselves and enough self-awareness to know they don't have all the answers.
